Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $50, anywhere in Australia. Under that, standard rates are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Standard tracked delivery takes 5–8 business days across Australia; metro areas are usually at the faster end. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Where do you ship?
Everywhere in Australia, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers. We don't ship outside Australia at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email support@getvessia.com as soon as you can with your order number.

My parcel says delivered but I can't find it.
Check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Guarantee & refunds

What if it does nothing for me?
Every Vessia product is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Take it daily as directed, and if you don't feel a difference, email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund the full product price. Keep the bottle.

Do I need to return the product?
No. One email with your order number is all it takes.

How long do refunds take?
We issue refunds within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card provider usually takes another 3 to 5 business days to show it.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Send a photo to support@getvessia.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Products

How do I take it?
Directions are printed on every label and on each product page. Most Vessia products are taken once or twice daily with water, ideally with food. Consistency matters more than timing — pick a moment you'll remember every day.

How long until I notice something?
It depends on the product and on you. Some women notice sleep or energy changes within the first two weeks; gut, urinary and antioxidant support typically take four to eight weeks of daily use. That's why the guarantee runs for 90 days.

Are your products tested?
Every batch is made in a GMP-registered facility and third-party tested for purity and potency, and every ingredient and dose is printed on the label.

Can I take Vessia with medication, or while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our team can't give medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.

Can I take more than one Vessia product together?
Our products are formulated to be taken alongside each other at the doses on the label. If you're unsure, your pharmacist can check your full list for you.

Where a product offers it, you choose your delivery cadence at checkout and save on every order. You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account or by emailing us — no lock-in.
